Lee County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Report
William Chunn, III, of
Martindale Drive, was
arrested on an active.
Deputy Brann made
contact with Chunn who
had an active probation
violation warrant. He
was placed under arrest
and transported to the
Lee County Jail.
Anthony Michael
Concilio, of U.S. 19, was
arrested for contempt.
Lt. Jennings, Lt. Smith,
Deputy Brann, and Dep
uty Picklesimer made
contact with Concilio at
his residence. He was
arrested, handcuffed,
and transported to the
jail without incident.
Paul Gregory Rigby, of
Magnolia Ave., Lees
burg, was charged with

Deputy Pickelsimer re
sponded to a suspicious
person on Joe Toole
Drive. The deputy made
contact with Rigby. A
check of his information
through GCIC showed
that he had a warrant in
Lee County for failure
to appear. The arrest
warrant was confirmed.
He was arrested and
transported to the Lee
County Jail.
Brittany Leanne
Townsend, of Barbra-
gale Ave., Albany, was
charged with being a
wanted person. Dep
uty Stephenson was
dispatched to Mayhaw
Road in reference to
an unwanted person at
a residence. The dep
uty made contact with
Townsend who was
wanted in Dougherty
County for theft by re
ceiving stolen property.
She was arrested without
incident and transported
to the Lee County Jail.
Martina Shyvonne
Haynesworth, of Twisted
Pines Court, Leesburg,
was charged with driving
while license suspended/
revoked. Deputy Brown
made contact with
Haynesworth on Philema
Road. Haynesworth stat
ed that she had run out
of gas and a friend was
bringing her some more
gas. The deputy ran her
driver’s license through
GCIC which came back
suspended for failure to
appear. She was placed
under arrest and trans
ported to the Lee County
Jail.
Shalik Kelly, of Pine
Valley Road, Albany,
was charged with disor
derly conduct. Deputy
Carr was dispatched to
U.S. Highway 82 W in
reference to a suspicious
person/vehicle parked
in the yard beside the
driveway of a residence.
The deputy made contact
with Kelly who was
slumped in the driv
er’s seat with both feet
propped on the dash
above the steering wheel.
After approximately two
minutes of the deputy
yelling and banging
on the window/door in
attempt to wake up the
subject, he finally woke
up. Kelly did not know
where he was or what
county he was in. He
was arrested for criminal
trespass and transported
to the Lee County Jail.
Chadwick Ryan Fritts,
of Mathis Lane, Lees
burg, was charged with
aggravated stalking.
Deputy Glass responded
to Lovers Lane Road in
reference to a suspicious
person lying on the side
of the road. The deputy
gave Fritts a ride home
and had a conversation
with him about not
being allowed to be at
certain location. Later
the same day the deputy
was dispatched to that
residence in reference
to an unwanted per
son. The deputy made
contact with Fritts at the
residence. A condition
of bond was that Fritts
could not stay away from
Media Center staff

the LCMSE family
as media specialist.
She has been a media
specialist for 15 years
in Terrell County. A
native of Bronwood,
Dr. Johnson and her
husband, Bo, reside in
Lee County. Dr. John
son has two children,
Millie Foster, a 3rd year
medical student at Mer
cer University School
of Medicine, and Reese
Foster, who farms in
Terrell County. She also

taken into custody and
transported to the Lee
County Jail.
Deputy Bowden
responded to a U.S. 19
business in reference to a
fraud incident. The vic
tim received a message
from his bank saying
that charges were being
made to his account.
The victim stated that he
had gone to a restaurant
and the card reader was
not working and that the
server took his card to
the back to run his card.
The Deputy spoke to
the server who remem
bered the incident. Later
the victim said more
items were ordered with
his card and sent to a
Cordele Road address.
The server lives at that
address. The deputy has
worked an identical case
involving the same serv
er at the same business.
The case remains active.
Cofield Joins
LCMS East Staff
LCMS East welcomes
Will Cofield! Mr. Cofield
is entering his 4th year
as an educator. Prior to
joining the LCMS East
family, he taught science
at The Odyssey Char
ter School in Newnan,
Georgia and math at
Callaway Middle School
in LaGrange, GA. Mr.
Cofield earned his
Bachelor of Arts degree
in Educational Studies
and a minor in Coaching
from LaGrange College.
Mr. Cofield and his wife
Hannah moved from the
metro Atlanta area and
are new to the Leesburg
community. Mr. Cofield
enjoys hunting, fishing,
watersports, and just
about anything outdoors.
Mr. Cofield is excited
to serve as an assistant
coach for the LCMS
East football team and
the baseball team. Go
Trojans!
Barrett Joins
LCMS East Staff
Anne Barrett joins Lee
County Middle School
East as a part-time Title
I math teacher, after
retiring from the Crisp
County school district.
Mrs. Barrett and her
husband, Mark, reside
in Leslie and have two
sons, Beau of Macon,
GA, and John of Ameri
cus. Her hobbies include
traveling, genealogy, and
reading. She is a member
of the Early Bloomer’s
Garden Club, Council of
Safety Chapter of DAR,
and Colonial Dames So
ciety in Americus. Mrs.
Barrett is also a member
of Calvary Episcopal
Church in Americus,
GA.
has a step-son, Phin
Johnson, who is a senior
at Lee County and
wrestles for the high
school wrestling team,
and two step-daughters,
Aimee Johnson Weber
and Ansley Johnson
Cotton, who are also
Lee County alumnae.
Deanna Wiggins is the
Media Center parapro-
fessional for LCMSE.
Mrs. Wiggins is a fel
low Trojan, Lee County
High School class of
2010 graduate. After
high school, she gradu
ated from Darton State
College with an Associ
ates Degree in General
Studies. Mrs. Wiggins
began her career in 2010
at the Darton State Col
lege Library and then
continued with a posi
tion at the Lee County
Public Library.
Mrs. Wiggins and
her husband, Danny,
have been married for 7
years. They have three
children together, Kylie,
Madeline and Trey.
During her free time,
Mrs. Wiggins likes to
read, binge watch tv
shows, and spend time
with her children.
Heldenberg Begins
Teaching At LCMSE
Heather Heldenberg is
a 7th grade math teacher
this year at LCMS-East.
Mrs. Heldenberg grad
uated from the Univer
sity of Georgia with a
Linance Degree. After
spending several years
in the corporate world,
she decided to pursue
her passion for teaching.
Heather relocated from
Marietta, Georgia to
Leesburg in 2004 when
she married her husband,
Tom. Tom and Heather
have two sons, Brady (8)
and Parker (5). She en
joys spending time with
her family, camping, and
traveling.
LCMS East Welcomes
Kayla Moore
LCMSE would like to
welcome Kayla Moore
to their team as an
eighth grade science
teacher. Ms. Moore is
beginning her 7th year
in public education, but
has been teaching since
2010. Ms. Moore was
born and raised in south
Georgia, and graduated
from Cook County High
School. She recently
graduated with a Mas
ter's of Science in Sec
ondary Education and
is certified to teach both
math and science for
middle and high school.
Ms. Moore is a single
mother to one little girl,
Alaina, and a fur mama
to three dogs. Welcome,
Ms. Moore!
