Agreeable to an order granted by the
court of Ordinary on the first Monday in
February 1902, will be sold at the court
house door in said county on the first
Tuesday in October 1902 within the legal
hours of sale, the lands of J. R. Fields,
late of said county deceased. Said lands
sold as the property of said deceased, and
described as follows: Ait of lot of land
number ninety-eight (98)-in the seventh
(7th) district of said county except fifty
(5o) ; ncres in the south-west corner of
said lot and twenty.five (25) acres more
or less in the south-east corner of said
lot, the part of said lot thus offered for
sale containing one hundred and twenty-
five (125) acres moreor less. Also, all of
the west half of lot land No. ninety-five
(95) in the seventh (7th) district ol said
county; except twenty-five (25) acres
more or less in the south-west corner of
said west half of said' lot, the part of said
