Wants Damages.
Mr. James Heath, who was engaged
in the turpentine business in Colquitt
county, was in the city yesterday.
About two months ago Mr. Heath was
painfully hurt on the cars at Smith-
ville while coming down from Macon,
and he was in the city yesterday look
ing up witnesses of the accident, to
recover damages.

water main of suitable size to be laid
on said Jefferson street, commencing
at Madison street, running down said
Jefferson street a distance of seven
hundred and fifty (750) feet, and that
you shall cause afire hydrant to be
