Getting Tired of It.
Here is the way Er-Gov. Osborn
a prominent republican of Kansas,
talks:
“We hare been rolling up Repub
lican majorities by pressing Lome on
the farmers the old time doctrine of
Horace Greely, tint protection would
build up factories at our doors and
the sale of our
furnish a market for
products. Unless something is done
to show Kansas people that protec
lion, ns practiced by the Republics
party, works out that result, we shall
have trouble. We cannot any longe
furnish the big Republican majorities
and let the manufacturers down East
who are rich, get all the benefits,
while we have nothing but mortgages
to show for it.”
Even “bleeding Kansas,” the home
of Ingalls and Mrs. Canfield, is open
ing her eyes to the iniquities of the
tarifl reform dished out to farmers
by the republican party. A stroke
of lightning will be a tame thing to
the blow which the people will give
the republican party in 1892.
Vote of the Presbyteries.
New York, April 29.—The Inde
pendent this week publishes returns
from 193 presbyteries in the vote on
revision of the Westminister confes
sion of faith. Of these 193 presby
teries 127 have voted for revision, 01
against revision, and 5 have not voted
at all. There are yet twenty presby
teries to be heard from, nearly one"
half of which are in foreign lands.
The Constitution in discussing the
tariff question, hits the nail on the
head. It embodies the whole situa
tion in the following paragraph:
“The only just tarifl system is one
that will raise enough revenue for
the economical administration of the
government, and at the same time
aflord incidental protection for our
homeindustrieB against the cheap la
bor of Europe.”

Blood Poison follows through generations, and Is the seat of many diseases.
The foolish idea of bleeding a person for many ills Is now one of the highly
ridiculous practices of former medical science. The Idea Is to build up the srstem,
it needs all the blood, and at an early day the person who fails to take W. NV. C.
for any Blood Trouble, Kidney or Bladder Affliction, Rheumatism, Indigestion, etc.,
. will be as much an object of amusement as the methods of the early physicians.
‘Why? Because he does’nt know agood thing (W. W. C. is) when he sees it.
