ported investigation ol Dr. Macunc,
Col. Livingston and Col. l’olk by the
alliance at Ocala, and the statement
that the New York Herald correspond
ent had captured the alliance grip and
pass tyords and enters its meetings at
pleasure, have produced a sensation
here. Certain alliance members ot the
legislature have prepared a statem-nt
in reply to the Soutnern Alliance
Farmers' attack upon them. It is in
the shape of an address to the broth
erhood of Georgia, and was formula
ted in last night’s meeting. It will be
given to the press to morrow.
