Auspices of Che Women's Auxiliary
of St. Thomas Episcopal church at
the public Library yesterday after
noon proved a great success and a
very delightful social event. . ^
A large audience was present
and every number of the program
was greatly enjoyed, the perform
ers receiving enthusiastic encores.
The Library waa prettily decorat
ed for the occasion with flowers,
vinss sad potted plants and pre
sented a most attractive appearance.
A neat sum waa realised for the use
of the Auxiliary.
The flrst number on the program
was a very delightful duet ‘on two
planoi by Mias Louise Hayes and;
