ty of guests during the shooting sea
son. The guests Include Messrs. H.
W. and A. O. C. Sago, George Flynn,
McCormick and Fish of New York.
Mr. Whitney came down In the private
car Wanderer and Is using for the
first time the recently completed
shooting lodge on his plantation near
Iamonla Lake. This is a very com
fortable and most Interesting place and
has been visited by a number of peo
ple, who were much attracted by lta
original construction, well planned In

of the most unique as well as at

Older Boys’ Conference—
Mr. J. F. L’Hommedieu and Mr. H.
E. Montague, Y. M. C. A. state boys’

for holding the South Georgia Older
Boys' Conference, which meets

Annual Duck 8upper—
St. Thomas Church held a vei
lightful meeting last night, the <
sion being the annual duck supper,
the ducks being furnished by the
hunters among the club membei
and being cooked by the ladles of the
Auxiliary. Oyster cocktail, duck,
mashed potatoes, green peas, hot rolls
and cofTee with pickles and celery fur
nished a menu that seemed to please
everybody present. The plates con
tained a whole duck and nobody rais
ed any row about getting too much.
