All persons having occasion to advertise
Legal Sales, Notices’, etc., are compelled by
law to comply with the following rules :
Administrators, Executors , or Guardians :
All sales of Land by Administrators, Execu
tors or Guardians, are required by law to be
held on the first Tuesday in the month, between
the tours of ten o’clock in the forenoon, and
three in the afternoon, at the Court House in
which the property is situate. Notices of these
sales must be given in a public gazette forty
days previous to the dayof sale.
