The •Problem of the Children" is to
a great extent being solved by the Ju-
enilc Court, Two states. Illinois and
Colorado, have so far proved the leaders
in this plan of saving the youth It is
to b* earnestly hoped that n Judge Tut-
hill or a judge Lindsey may soou be
raised up for every state in the Union.
Judge Lindsey of the Denver Juve
nile Court, says, “It will bn seen that
the Juvenile Court rightly understood
is an efforj at man building-character
milding. It involves constant work,
ceiptant effort, constant straggle. It is
a strenuous life for those truely enlist*
ed.’V The Javenilo Court workor must
understand and love children, and we
are almost led to say he must be culled
of God for this work—else how will he
be able to endure the demands upon
tlipo, sympathy, tact and patience Mint
must come. To understand childhood
and youth if to be fired with desire to
save tiie multitudes of boys and girls
who are going wrong for lack of intel
ligent, sympathetic management. The
