IN GREENS BOROUGH,
VPOW THE FOLLOWING PLAN, VSZ,
TO be built of (lone, laid in lime
mortar, 44 feet in length and 22 in
breadth—Two rooms bulow for the
jailor and a guard when necefTary—
one 16 feet (quare, the other 14 in
length and 16 in breadth with a
paflage between 4 feet wide—Alfo
two rooms above of the fize with
thofe below, the large one for a
debtors apartment, the fmall one
for a criminals apartment, with a
flight of fteps and landing place in
the paflage between.—The walls
furrounding the criminals apart
ment to be three feet thick—thofe
furrounding the debtors apartment
to be three feet thick at the (kies
and two feet thick at the ends.
The cheeks of the doors and
windows above to be fecurcd by
iron bars on each fide the wall, ri
vetted together through the wall—.
The upper Jjftors to have their
keepers laid clofe together, and in
the criminals room the flrepers to
have iron bars let into them cro(F
wife fix inches apart, well fecurcd
by bolts and then covered with two
inch plank.—Both the debtors and
criminals room to be fecured over
head by ftrong (Lepers hid entirely
dole and well faftened down-—The
grates to be of iron bars inch fquare,
and as many fetes in a window as
will entirely break the lights.
The doors above to be fecured
by iron bars (trapped infide and
ourfide and fecured by rivets going
through.
Tne materials to be all furnifeed
by the undertaker.

UPON the petition of Martin
Cfeck and Malachi Cleck, dating to
the Court that Michael Borders de
tested, in his life time, to wit, ou
the twenty-third day of September,
feventeen hundred and nyiety-four,
entered into a certain internment of
writing for the conveyance of a cer
tain trad of land to the faid Martin
Cleck and Malachi Cleck, whereon
the faid Clerks then lived, contain
ing two hundred and fifty acres, (a
copy of which is filed in this office)
and that the faid Michael Borders
departed this life without executing
tides to the faid land agreeable to
the faid bond.
Whereupon it is ordered, That
Mary Borders the executrix and
John Borders the executor of faid
Michael Borders do execute titles
ro the aforefcid trad of land agree
able to faid internment of writing,
and the act of affembly in fuch ca
tes made and provided, unlefs caufc
to the contrary be (hewn. And that
this be publifhed once 2 month for
