UPON the petition of Marti .
Cleck and Malachi deck, ftating to
the Court that Michael Borders de
ceafed, in his life time, to wit, on
the twenty-third day of September,
feventeen hundred and ninety-four,
entered into a certain ioftrument of
v/riting for the conveyance of a cer
tain trad of land to the faid Martini
Cleck and Malachi Cleck, whereon
the faid Clecks then lived, contain
ing two hundred and fifty acres, (a
copy of which is filed in this office)
and that the faid Michael Borders
departed this life without executing
titles to the faid land agreeable to
the faid bond.
Whereupon it fa ordered , That
Mary Borders the executrix and
John Borders the executor of faid
Michael Borders do execute titles’
to the afore faid trad of land agree
able to faid inftniment of writing,
and the ad of a fie mb! y in fuels ca
fes made and provided, unlefs caufe
to the contrary be fhewn. And that
this be publifhed once a month for
the fpace of three months in the
Georgia Exprefs, or fiome other
public Gazette of this Fare.

fcable in Clarke county, eight miles
below Athens on the road near the
Big Shoals of the Oconee river, and
will be let to mares at the reduced
price cf twenty dollars the feafon
but may be difehirged by the pay
ment of fifteen if paid by the firft
of September—thirty dollars to in
fure a mare to be in foal, ten the
Engle vifit with one dollar to the
groom in either cafe, paid when
the mares are firft put.
Ihe beft accommodation for
that are left with the horfe,
and will be fed S3 directed at a mo
derate price to be paid when taken
away—every poffibie care will be
taken but will not be liable for
accidents or efcapes.
Cotton will be taken in pay
ment delivered at ony gin conve
nient, and the cuftomary prices
allowed.
