4. The governing body of the cor
poration shall consist of six trustees,
one trustee elected by each of the
organizations above referred to, and
the Worshipful Master of Mt. Vernon
Lbdge, No. 22. Free find Accepted
Masons, the High Priest or Keystone
Chapter. No. 1. Royal Arch Masons,
nnd tbe Eminent Commander of God

5. Petitioners have been ’each
elected as trustee by their respective
organizations, to-wlt: \V. F. Dorsey,
hy Mt. Vernon Lodge, No. 22, Free
and Accepted Masons; E. C. Paine,
by Keystono Chapter, No. 1, Royal
Arch Masons, and B. F. Hardeman,
by Godfrey de Bouillon Commandery,
No. 14, Kiilghts Templar, nnd shall
bold their office ns trustee tar the
respective terms of two, four and six
years, which shall be determined
among them by lot. Tbo successors
of petitioners, as trnztees, shall be
elected by the respective organiza
tions ‘and shall hold office for a term
of six years, and until their succes
ses are elected. Vacancies existing
hi the elected trustees shall be filled
by election of the organizations trus
tees tar the ttaexplred term. The term
of office of petitioners shall begin on
July 1, 1921, nnd continue for tho term
drawn by ehch and until their hue-
censors are elected.
Petitioners desire all of the au
thority usually granted corporations
created by the Superior Court, and In
addition thereto they desire the power
to borrow money, execute notes, bills,
bonds and other writings, and securrf
the payment of them by mortgage, se
curity deed, ov oilier lawful Instru
ment Such Instruments so authorized
to be executed In the name of tho
corporation by such officers of the
corporation as may be prescribed kt
the by-laws.
Wherefore, petitioners pray that

may be Incorporated and made a body
politic under tho laws ot this State
