bill will be introduced at the next
session of the General Assembly
of Georgia entitled, An Act to
amend An Act to create a New
Charter for the City of Bain
bridge, approved December 16,
1901, so as to empower and
authorize said city to grade and
pave and otherwise improve for
travel the streets of said city
and to assess one third of the
cost thereof against the real
estate abutting on both sides of
said streets, to enforce the pay
ment of the same by execution
in the same manner as execution
for taxes, and to provide rules
for such pavement, assessment
and enforcement of the payment
of the same, and for other pur
poses.
