RULE 15 All bodies disin
terred for transportation must be
placed in air tight tin: zinc or
copper or lead lined coffins, and
all enclosed in tight wooden box

RULE 16 A certificate .from
the Health Officer, setting forth
the date and cause of death,
must in all cases accompany the
casket containing the remains.
RULE 17 It shall be the duty
of the sanitary inspector to pro
vide for house to house inspec
tions at least once a month, and
that it may be done effiiciently,
it is ordered by said Health Offi
cer, that blanks for this purpose
shall be issued for reporting the
general sanitary conditions of the
premises,especial note to be made
as to the condition of the water
closet, cess pool sinks and privy-
vaults. The inspector is especi-. -
ly charged with the enforcement
of this rule.
RULE 18 No hides, bone, dust,
guano or fertilizers of any kind
that have become damaged so as
to become offensive and detri
mental to the public health, shall
be permitted to be discharged

RULE 19 It is recommended
that every parent, guardian oi

care or responsibility for any

nated, and to have said child or
children vaccinated as often as
the City Health Officer may di

Any person recovering from
any of the above diseases must
be furnished with a certificate
from the attending physician,
that he or she is not liable to
communicate the disease.
The leangth of quarantine fo
teachers or children, who have J
been exposed to infection of the
following diseases, before they
can safely be re-admitted to the
schools; shall be:
Diptheria 12 days; Small Pox,
21 day; Chicken Pox, 18 days;
Scarlet Fever, 14 days; mumps,
24 days; measles 18 days:
Provided they remain in good
health and take proper measur< s
for disinfecting after quarantine,
but may be admitted earlier if
provided with certificate from
the attending physician that all
danger of infection is past.
RULE 23. Milk offered for
sale in the City of Bainbridge,
may be tested at any time by
the Health Officer, and if
found below the standard, the
vendor offering such milk shall
be guilty of a violation of these
rules.
And whereas, said rules and
regulations, so adopted by said
health officer for said city are
hereby approved by said Mayer
and Council of the City of Bain
bridge; now.
Therefore, be it ordained by
the Mayor and Council of the
City of Bainbridge, that said
rules and regulations as above
specified, adopted by said health
officer of the City of Bainbridge,
be; and the same are hereby
approved and shall have all the
force and effect of ordinances of
1912, the undersigned as admin
istratrix of the estate of Paul B.
Johnson deceased will offer for
sale and sell to the highest and
best bidder for cash between the
