ber 1899, within the legal hours of sale,
the following property, to wit:
All the realty belonging to the estate
of J. E Willis, late of Raid connty de
ceased. consisting of all that lot or par
oel of land known as the home place of
said deceased, containing one hundred
and seventy (170) acres more or less
bounded as follows. On the East ana
North East bv A. B Smith, on the
South by the Oconee river. West, North
West and North by Voils.
About fifteen acres of the above de
scribed land is heavily wooded, and
about twenty-five acres is good open
bottom laud and the rest is upland in
high state of of cultivation. On said
place there are three, three room dwell
ings; the best one has a lot and good
out buildings, also two wells of good

|f., one mile from the beautiful and
prosperous little town of Maysville.

of the home place where said Henry 1.

of Ordinary of Jackson connty, Ga , will
be sold, at auction, at. the conrt house
door of said connty, on the first Tues
day in November, 1899, within the legal
hours of sale, the following real estate,
situate in Jackson county, on the Har
mony Grove and Danielsville road, aud
in about one-half mile of ihe corporate
limits of Harmony Grove; said real es
tate to be sold in three seperate lots or
tracts, and being the W. R. Haggard
homes place.
Tract No. 3.
Containing fourteen aud eight tenth
acres, lying north of said public road;
adjoining lands of W. B. J. Hardman,
James Porterfield and Ritchey; aud
more particularly described in a plat
made by A. C. Applebj" August 31, 1899,
and deed will be made giving the metes
and bounds mentioned in said p’at On
said tract is a good three room house
and out buildings, aud shout one-third
of it is in original forest, and the other
in a fine state of cultivation.
Tract No. 2.
Containing seventy-eight aud one half
acres, lying south of said public road; ad
joining lot Nos 3 and 1, and also adjoinin’
iauds of James Porteifield, Win. Glenn,
the James R Haggard estate and L. G.
Hardman. Said tract also more partic
ularly desetibed in a plat made of the
same by A. C. Appleby August 31, 1899,
aud deed will be made accordingly. On
this tract is about thirty acres in fine
original forest, and the balance in a
good state of cultivation and old fields.
Tract No 1,
Containing sixty three and one half
acres, aud adjoining lot No. 2 and also
adjoining lands of Culberson, Poterfield
aud Clenn, and more particularly de
scribed in said plat made by A C. Ap
pleby August 31, 1899, and deed will be
made by said plat. On this lot is the
dwelling house aud also a good tenant
house, and about one half of 6aid tract
in a fine state of cultivation, and the
other in original forest aud pines.
Plats describing said tracts are in
Jndge W. W. Starks office iu Harmony
Grove, aud when not there will be in
my possesion.
The above three tracts of land are
within one-half mile of Harmony Grove
and is the most desirable property in
and around that growing town. On lot
No lis about e’ght acres of good bot
tom land, and there is about three acres
in lot No 2 Said real estate sold for the
purpose of distribution among the heirs
and to pay any debts that may be due.
