A WONDERFUL RECORD OF
A WINDER MAN.
One of the good and respected
citizens, of Winder, now nearing
his seventy years of age, made a
wonderful record during the year
i 1 a- record of which lie should
feel' proud and that many others
should try.l.o make during 1921.
We Trust there are others who
have done as well, but read this
and answer for yourself.
This, good man did not miss a
■Sunday during 1920 from church
! tor all the services and in fact has
j not missed one in four years.
During the past year he did not
spend a cent for whiskey, tobacco
in any. form, soft drinks of any
kirn I. no confections, no shows of
any character, never was on the
streetsduring Sunday except go
iirg to' church’ or visiting the si(d<
.and never bought a Sunday paper.
it.' nevt'r failed a single Lord’:?
day to contribute to the church
and every day of the year did
something for man or beast.
This is surely a remarkable re
mold-and few men can claim as
i nu 11.
