NashvitffTGa., Oct 16.—This morning at 4 o’clock f
broke out in Austin’s meat market, and spread rapidly to tka \

Kansas City, Oct. 16—At least 3,000 cattle and 2,000 hogs
with ten acres of cow peas and hog houses were destroyed in a
great fire at the stock yards this morning. No accurate estimate
of the loss has been made, but it will run into the milllions.
Officials believe that the fire was incendiary.
Washington, Oct. 16.—The Treasury announced the first
billion of Liberty Loan will have been subscribed by tonight.
