for divorce by Gertrude Elliott Livingz-
ton against Walter W. Livingston tried
at the October Term, 1917, of said Court,
wherein a total divorce was granted be
tween the parties, and petitioner Walter
W. Livingston, was left under die dis
ability of not being allowed to marry
again, and Walter W. Livingston pub
lishes this notice as required by law.
