DINING ROOM
T HERE is a great deal more than is usually considered
in the proper appointment of a dining room, for this is
Sie one run in the hm se from which emanates true
home cheer. Did you ever think of this in regard to your
own dining room—whether it is cheerful, whether it is all
that it might be. If there is anything lacking, come in and
see how it may be remedied by the selection of a few good
pieces; oor wbat a complete change something new for some
thing old, would create; and you will agree with ns that our
opinions in regard to dining rooms are not to be disregarded.
We buy nothing but cheerful furniture, which belongs in
cheerful surroundings, so we can’t sell you anything else.
Come in. See how inviting it is.

Newspapers Best Medium.
A Michagon business man ex
plains why he advertises and
why he uses newspapers lor the
purpose.
He says:
“I advertise in the newspapers
because I am not ashamed ot my
goods or my work and to let
people know about myself, my
store aod my stock ; because I
cater to the intelligent class, and
thep read the papers, and I be
lieve in increasing my businass ;
because] can talk to more people
through the newspapers at a
gaeater distance in less time and
a more reasonable price than in
any other way ; because mv
newspaper advertising has
brought me greater returns for
the last expenditure of any ad 1
vertising I have done ; because
when 1 write an aa. I am not
too stingy to pay for placeing it
in the best possible medium or
to have it inserted so it is attract)
ive ; because I know my ad. is
seen and read by every one in
the house where the paper goes”
