GUARDS GO FOR BUNDRICK
Notorious Georgia Murderer to Be Brought From
California.
The Ameneus jail may soon receive
murderer George Bundrick again,
provided it is decided to coniine him
hereupon his return from California*
JI. F. Musselwhite, deputy slierllf, and
L. A. Parker, of Crisp county, have
been designated by Governor Terrell
as agents of the state of Georgia to go
to California and bring back from Los
Angeles George W. Bundrick. who is
under sentence of death in Crisp coun
ty for murder. Bundrick recently
gave himself up to the California
authorities, stating that he wanted to
return to Georgia and submit to the
execution of the law. The California 1
authorities, however, could not bring j
orsend him to Georgir, hence agents
were appointed to go after him. The
Georgia agents left Atlanta yesterday,
armed with a requisition upon the
governor of California, which was car
ried. despite the fact that Bundrick
stated he would return without a re
quisition. They also carried a certi
fied copy of the offer of $300 reward by
the state for Bundrick*s arrest. The
reward was for the delivery of Bun
drick to the sheriff of Crisp county, so
the expenses of the Georgia agents M ill
have to be paid out of that amount,
and then if there is anything left it
will go to the California officials v
detained him.

There is a reason why “Queen Quality” Shoes are pre
ferred above all others by women of discrimination and taste.
To ordinary shoes they are as a Worth gown is to an ordinary
dress. Only a shoemaking genius can impart their “chic” and
style and marvelous fit. Such shoes could be produced in
small quantities only at an extravagant price. “Queen Quality”
methods bring them to you at. prices no higher than you pay
for ordinary shoes.
