lic hearing to be held on the

6:00 p.m. in the Pickens Room
located at the Pickens County
Administration Building, 1266
East Church Street, Jasper,

Commission of Pickens County,
Georgia. The purpose of the
hearing is to discuss a rezone
request from John Heard on be
half of Debora Heard to rezone
65.124-acres from Agriculture
(AG) to Rural Residential (RR).
The property is located at 946
Waleska Highway 108, Jasper
(Parcel # 056B-003). The pur
pose of the rezone is to split and
sell a portion of the property.
The recommendation of the
Planning Commission will be
brought before the Board of
Commissioners on October 6th,
2022, at 5:30 p.m.
