Cowart, deceased, respectfully sheweth, that he
has fully completed the-administration upon said KstaD
and prays letters of Dismission therefrom. W hereupon t
is ordered bv the Court, that all personshaving vallilob
jections to said John V. ebb, administrator as aforesaid
being dismissed from the further administration of said
Estate, be and appear at the next Term of this Court,
which shall sit next, after the due publication of this rule,
then and there to make them, as in default thereof, this
