Gen. Fitzhugti Lee
Dies of Apoplexy.
PASSED AWAY IN PROVIDENCE
HOSPITAL IN WASHINGTON.
Washington, April 29.—Gen. Fitz-
hogb Lee of Virginia, died at the
Providence Hospital In this city at
11:30 o'clock la at night, aa the re
sult of an attack of apoplexy and
paralysis with which he was stricken
