From present Indications It appears
that an extra session cannot be avoid
ed. The reciprocity bill will be re
ported out of the senate committee
early next week, very likely without
amendment, tho purpose being to
give the members- unrestricted op
portunity to act upon the measure
as they wish. The reactionary vote
Is certain to tie against it. In the
opinion »»f loading members it will
not pass at this session.
