1. That they desire for themselv-

he Incorporated and made a body po*

"The W. N. Oramllng Company" for
the period of twenty yearn. #
2. The principal offices of aeld com
pany shall be in the* city of Way
cross, Ware County, Georgia, but pe
titioners desire the right to establish
branch offices within this state or
elsewhere, whenever the holders of
a majority of the stock may so de
termine.

by said corporation is to buy, sell.
Store, handle, import, export and
transport groceries of every descrip
tion, both heavy and fancy, and all
fixtures, notions and other articles
usually handled in grocery and gen

Other animal products such as hides,
grease, tallow, fish and other pro
ducts of the sea nnd shore; cigars,
and all other products made from
tobacco; dairy products, butter, milk,
fruit and vegetables of every nature
and description; oil, confections and
any and all articles of a like nature
eommonly manufactured, bought or
aold by packing or provision houses;
hay, grain, bran, and any and all
other producti for cattle, horses,
•wine or sheep; and to construct,
lease, own, use and maintain rooms,
hnlldingf and warehouses for cold
Storage; either of any*or all of the
above named articles and products or
of alnillar articles and products, for
hire, and to transact any nnd all oth
er business which may bo necessary
or Incidental to tho proper carrying
on of any or all of the aforesaid pur
poses of the corporation.
6. The capital stock of said, cor

7. They desire for said corporation
the power and authority to apply for
and accept amendments to Its char

ing at tho time. They also ask au
thority fur said Incorporation to wind
up Its affairs, liquidate and discontin
ue Its business at any time it may de
termine to do so by a vote of two-
thirds of its stock outstanding at the
time.
3. They desire for said incorpora
tion the right of renewal when as
provided by the laws of Georgia, and
that it havo all such other rights,
powers, privileges, and Immunities
ns are incident to like incorporations
or permsstble under the laws of Geor-
igia.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to
ba Incorporated under the name and
style aforesaid with the powers,
privileges and Immunities herein set
forth, and as are now, or may hero-
after be altered a corporation of sim
ilar character under the laws of Geor-

The petition of G. R. Brinson, W.
S. Harris, Joshua Harris, C, A. Ben
nett, W. T. Brinson and C. E. Dunn,
of Ware County, Georgia, respectful

1. That they desire tor themselv
es, their associates and successors,
to be Incorporated and made a body
politic under the name and s*tyle of
*'G. R. BRINSON COMPANY," for
the period of twenty (20) years.
2. That the principal office of said
company shall be In the City of Way-
cross, Ware County, Georgia, hut pe
titioners desire the right to establish
branch offices within this State or
elsewhere, wherever nnd whenever
the holders of a majority of tho stock
may so determine.

drugs, medicines, toilet articles, sta
tionary, newspapers, magazines,
books, pictures, picture frames and
materials, soda water and other
drinks, cold or otherwise, and any
and all other kinds of merchandise,
by wholesale or retail; to compound
medicines; to fill prescriptions; to
manufacture syrups and medicines;
and to do any and all things for the
legal and proper conduct of the afore
said businesses.
5. The capital stock of said cor
porntlon shall ho Ten Thousand Dol
lars $(10,000.00) with the privilege of
Increasing snme to the sum of Fifty
Thousand Dollars. $50,000.00) by a
vote of the stockholders owning n
majority of the stock then outstanding
in favor of said increase, said stock
to ho divided into shares of the par
value of One Hundred Dollurs each

actually paid in.

right to have subscription to said cap
ital stock paid In money or property
to be takdn at a fair valuation.
