Box" will be the offering nt the Par
ker Theatre October 25. Coming to
Waycross with the original produc
tion direct from New York and using
the same scenic equipment that Hen
ry E. Dickey did with all the costum
es, eloctrlc, nnd property effects that
made this play famous In New York
where It enjoyed a run of over two
hundred nights at the old Madison
Square Theatre and there was the
talk of the country wherever it play
ed. This production has been staged
under the personal direction ot Lion
el Lawrence who produced It for his
brother, W. H. Lawrence, and who
heartily endorses this company as
being nearest to the original that has
been offered to the amusement loving
public since Mr. Dickey left to play
under the direction of Henry W. Sav
age. Every detail has been carried
out and looked after and the cast is
all that

U. D. C. Chapter, has be*en elected
to attend the Natioffal U. D. C. con
vention, which convenes in Richmond,
Miss Julian has returned to Way-
cross after spending the summer in
Virginia. Mrs. Julian will arrive
next week. They will be at home
with the Misses Sutton on Gilmore
street again.
