We would call the special atten

town during court to the Arlington
House. Mr. Stratford, the gentle
manly proprietor of this house, has
made special rates for all his patrons
during court. With a good bill of

more of an air of home comfort
about it than any hotel in the South.
Jurymen and visitors cannot find a
more pleasant place to stop during
their stay in our town than the Ar

jrostores, with tho gloss atul iruahnvss of
youth, failoil or gray hair to a natural, rich
brown color, or iloop black, as may bo desired.
l»y its use light or red hair may be darkened,
thin hair thickened, and baldness often,
though not always, cured.
It checks falling of the hair, and stimu
lates a weak and sickly growth to vigor. It
prevents and cures scurf and dandruff, and
heals n »arly every disease peculiar to tho
scalp. As a Ladies' Half HruHKlng, the
Vigor is unequalled; it contains neither il
nor dye, renders the hair soft, glossy, and
sillten in appearance, and imparts a delicate,
agreeable, and lasting perfume.
Mi;. I*. Ilitn iu:u writes from Kirby, O..
Jii'h I.vij ; “ Last fall m> hair commenced
falling out, and in a short time 1 became
nearly bald. I used part of a bottle of
A \ Fit’s 11 a i it Vigor, which slopped tin* fall
ing ot the hair, and started a new grow tli. I
have now a full head id' hair growing vigor
ously, and am convinced that hut I'm* tho
use of your preparation i should have been
entirely bald.”
.1. \\\ lioWEN, proprietor of the Mc.trthuv

is ji most excellent preparation for tl»o hair.
1 speak of it from my own t \perlence. Its
use promotes the growth of in w* hair, and
makes it glossy and soil, Tim Vigor is alt;o
a sure cure for dandruff. Not within my
knowledge has the preparation ever failed
to give entire satisfaction."
Mr. Anris Fviruairn, loader of the
celuhraied " Fair bairn Family" of Scottish
Vocalists, writes from lloHton, Mann,, h, 11,

Vigor, mid so have been able to maintain
ail aiuicaranee of youlhfulneHs — a matter of
considerable consequence to ministers, ora
tors, actors, and in fact every one wliolixs
in Hu eyes of tiie public."
Mrs. o. A. I'rescgit, writing from l'' Elm
St., stolen, Mush., tjnit II, Jss‘2, says:
" Two years ago about two-tldrds of my hair
came off. It thinned very rapidly, and i was
fast growing bald, (hi using Avku’m Hair
Vigor dm falling stooped and a new growth
commenced, and in annul a mouth m\ head
was eomplet ly covered with short hair. It
has continued to grow, and is now as good jih
before it fell. 1 regularly Uiicd but one bottle
of the Vigor, but imw use it occasionally as
a dressing."
We have hundreds of similar tofdlmoniaU
to the ullloAcy of Avrn’s IIaiii Vigor, it
