FEDERAL LAND BANK MONEY
FOR FARMERS
Any farmers who know they will
need to procure a loan on their lands
before the end of the year should see
me promptly, and not delay maxing
application until about the time
money is needed., It requires con
siderable time to close a loan after
anplication is made, and if everybody
waits until about the end of the year
to apply for money, the Bank’s force
will be overrun, and the closing or
loans will be delayed. The wise
thing tc do, if you know you will
need money, as to apply now, and
then it car. be do ed at it h e time
money is needed. The rate is £ 1-2
per cent, with small expense for ab
stract and association fees.
