A tenant house belonging to the
Westbrook Estate was burned to the
ground on .Friday morning and it
was hard work on the part of ail the
neighbors that adjoining buildings
were saved; a defective flue was re
ported to have been the cause of the
fire.

returned to Atlanta on Monday.
Miss Maude Gurley is attending
the Summer School in Athens
Mr. Grady Mercier was in Athens
