property of Mrs. U. M. William:'
for the purpose of satisfying princi
pal and interest of a note executed
end delivered by the said Mbs. R.
M. Williams to the said Mm. Ruth
Wells Patton. S&AI note dated Jan
uary 2, 1922, due November 1, 1922,
for the principal sum of ow
sand ($1,00().00) dollars, and bear
ing interest from date at the rate of
8 per cent per annum, which said
note was secured by the execution and
delivery of the security deed above
described.
This sale will he for the put-pose
of satisfying the above described
note, principal and interest and all
costs of same, the balance, if any,
