parcel of land .
This property will be sold as the
property of Mrs. R. M. William
for the purpose of satisfying princi
pal and interest of a note executed
and delivered by the said Mis. R.
M. Williams to the said Mrs. Ruth
Wells Patton. Sa*d note dated Jan
uary 2, 1922, due November 1, 1922,
fok the principal sum of one i
sand ($1,000.00) dollars, and bear
ing interest from date at the. rate of
8 per cent per annum, which said
rote was secured by the execution and
