1N memory OF MONTEEN
Dear Monteen, one of tlie most
beloved, respected, and true-jfc of a’l
friends ,
May she ever be remembered oy
those whom vhe has left behind.
Mbv her life serve to teach us that
i, i s best to make the mast of every
•opportunity.
May her willingness to serve and to
help others, make us more willing
to help and serve.
May her smiles end words of cheer
~, every one enable us to ever lend
•i helping hand and to speak words
„f encouragement as we walk along
life’s way.
May her death remind us that life
is like a rose, blooming in ail its
beauty today; tomorrow drooping
and wilting away.
May God, who in too wise to err,
make us say:
■'Death is no more a frightful foe,
■Since she with Christ shall reign;
With joy she leaves this world of woe;
For me to die is gain.
To darkness doubt and fears adieu;
Adieu, thou words so vain;
Then shall f know no more of you.
For me to die is gain.
No more shall Satan tempt my soul,
■ orruption shall be slain.
And tides cf pleasure o’er me roll,
Fcr me to die is gain.”

All are busy, doors bang, voices are
heard.
But -atop! hear the singing of one
little bird!
Now forget all of your troubles for
a while ;
Surprise your friends; greet them
with a pleasant smile!

How hard and cold the North East

Where is your fuel? just another sign

Ixmder and louder the wind begins
to roar;
i The day hst- dark, the hours pass so
much slower.
All this morning the children are at
play.
Ah, Sunshine i don't take Mr. Snow

of interest, and the long term.
SIO.OO$ l O.OO per thousand on the principal
ss all that is required to be pßid by
the farmer er.ch year, and this with
compound interest pays the debt in
about SR) years. The installment on
the debt and the interest amounts
to only (> 1-2 per cent, per annum,
which is sls per thousand cheaper
than S per cent money, and $lO with
interest is paid on the debt beside.
The most desirable feature about
these loans is due to the fact that
the borrower practically makes lib
own terms. He can never be re
quirt and to pay more than the 6 1-2
per cent per year, and yet he has
the right to pay more if he wants to,
tuni may pay it all after live years.
No ir.o need hesitate to borrow on
these terms for the installments can
never be heavy, and the principal
sum cat: never be demanded, as the
small amirtisation payments liqui
date toe principal. Whenever pay
ment is made, credit is given for all
payments with interest.
