Supplies
Perhaps you have never given much con=
sjderation to their purchase, but think for a minute of the long days
the little ones must spend in using them, and how muh pleasure and
satisfaction it means if everything is just like they want it.
Something that does not suit is a keen dis=
oppointment, and now is the time that your children are formiug
habits and ideas that will have a great influence on their futures.
Failure to equip them with the proper supplies is an actual
handicap.
We have taken all of these features into consideration in buying
our school supplies, and the children will receive the same prices, if
they come alone, as you do.

No Automobiles at Coronation of Eng
land’s King.
Alas, for the rich Americans
and any others who had expected
to “honk-honk” into the presence
of royalty and witness the coro
nation pageants from the comfort
able confines of little rubber-tired
palaces.
They can go on jaunts to the
suburbs of London in these, but
to all the coronatiou ceremonies
and in all the pageants they must
return to the realms of King Horse
and find their means of transport
ation. The horse is the edict of
royalty and British society. Hear
ing of and seeing made the an
nouncement that all participants
in the coronation could not uce
motor cars, horses to be ridden
and horse-drawn vehicles to be
the only conveyances used, the
editor of The Rider and Driver,
the well-known publication de
voted to the interests of his maj
esty, the Ht rse, received authorit
ative announcement that Mrs.
Stuyvesant Fish and Mrs.
Ogden Mills are perfectly resigned
to the royal edict about automo
biles, and they go still farther and
state that it is very bad form to
pay afternoon calls or attend
afternoon functions in town in an
automobile.
