Will be sold, on the First Tuesday .n Octo
ber next, at the court bouse in said eounty.
within the legal hours of sale, to the highest
bidder, for cash, the lollowing described
property. to-wit :
One thousand pounds of seed cotton more or
less located in a cotton house on the place in
the 43rd district of Toombs county now occu
pied by R. J. Partin Levied upon as the prop
erity of R.J.Partin to satisfy a ti fa issued from
Superior Court of Toombs county in favor of
J. J. Easterling and against J.R.Ryals and R. J.
Partin.
A iso at the same time and place the entire
crop, such as cotton, corn and other things
now on the farm tended by H. J. Cranford
known as the McGowan piace containing
about fifty acres and divided from said place
by a cross fence, it being located in the 1536th
district of said county. Levied upon as the
property of H. J. Cranford to satisfy a distress
warrant for rent issued from Superior Court of
Toombs county in favor of Lucy Dukes and
against H. J. Cranford.
Also at the same time aDd place seven head
of steers as follows: Two large brindle steers,
two large red steers, one large white steers,
one large pided steer and one small black
steer. Levied upon as the property of T. L.H.
Collins and found in his possession to satisfy a
fi fa issued from the Superior court of Toombs
county in favor of J A. Coursey and against
T.L. H. Collins,
Also at the same time and place ten shares
of the capital stock of the Vidalia Manufac
turing Co., levied upon as the property of D, P.
Averett to satisfy two Justice court fl fas is
sued from the Justice court of the 51st District
G, M.. of said county in favor of Jno. G. Butler
Builder’s Supply Co. and against Vidalia
Builders’ Supply Co., and D P. Averett.
Also at the same time and place one bay
mare mule about eight years old weighing
about eleven hundred pounds named Minnie.
Levied upon as the property of D. E. Col
lins and found in his possession to satisfy a fi
fa issued from the Superior court of Toombs
county in favor of J. A. Coursey and against
D. E. Collins.

Also at the same time and place one sorrel
mare about five years old and about 14-14 hands
high. Also one black mare mule about six
years old and about 15 hands high named Em
ma. and one black horse mule about seven
years old and about 15 hands high named Scott.
Levied upon as the property of J. D. Carr to
satisfy a fl fa issued from the Superior court
of Toombs county in favor of W. A, McNatt
and against J. D. Carr.
Also at the same time and place one bay
mare mule about four years old named Minnie.
Levied upon as the property of H. C. and H.P.
Thompson to satisfy an execution issued from
the Superior court of Toombs couilty in favor
of Dunn Bros. & Co., and against H. C. and H.
P, Thompson.
