sell two tracts of land, lying in the city of Bruns
wick, in snid State and county, and in the old
town of said city, each containing eighty-one
hundred squsre feet* one known as the eastern
half of old town lot number two hundred and
twenty-two, and the otlnfr known as the western
half of old town lot number two hundred and
ninety-three, belonging to tho estate of said de
ceased, and said application will he heard on the
first Monday in November next.

C. Shannon and H. S. Walker, is this day dis
solved by mutual consent. A* C, Shannon re
tiring from said firm, and transferring all debts
and accounts due said linn, with full nower to
collect the same, to the said II. S. Walker and
the snid II. S. Walkor assuming all the debts
and liabilities to date of said firm in accordance
witli their contract of dissolution of this date.
