At a meeting of the City Council
Monday night, Eeb. 24th, 1909, the
marshals were authorized to collect one
dollar badge tax for every dog in the
city limits, or to make cases against all
owners of dogs who fail to secure said
badges.
This is to notify all dog owners that
badges can be obtained at the office of
the Clerk, and they are requested to
purchase same at once.
