nephew of Dr. J. Scott Todd, and has
made his home in Atlanta for a number

of this city and Mr. John Beall, of Fi'z-
geruld, was solemnized in Savannah
last week, several relatives and friends
from this city attending the ceremony.
The bride was well known here as a
young lady of talent and accomplish
ments. She taught school at Fitzgerald
during the past season and the groom
is a leading merchant of Fitzgerald.
They went to New York and other
northern points on their wedding tour.

made in Milledgeville and the first gath
ering was at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Terry Treanor Tuesday evening. Six
teen guest were present and the con
cluding feature of the pleasures of the
occasion was an elegant barbecue sup
per served in a delightful manner out
under spreading oaks. Those present
were: Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Joseph,
Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Edwards, Mr. and
