YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a
complaint in condemnation has
heretofore been fi;e in the office of tfie
Clerk of the above-named Court in an
action to condemn an interest in and to
the property described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof
for the establishment of additional
facilities for the use of the Department
ot the Air Force and for other military
uses incident thereto and for such other
uses as may be authorized by Congress
or by Executive Order,
The interest in the property to be
acquired are a perpetual and assignable
easement and right-of-way in, on, over
and across Tract No 104 E-1 for the
location, construction, operation,
maintenance, alteration, repair and
patrol of an underground pipeline;
together with the right to trim, cut, fell
and remove therefrom all trees,
underbrush, obstructions and other
vegetation, structures or obstacles
within the limits of the right-of-way and
to block vehicular access during initial
construction and at such times
thereafter as might be necessary in the
maintenance, alteration or repair of said
pipeline; reserving, however, to the
landowners, their heirs and assigns, all
such rights and privileges as may be
used without interfering with or abridging
the rights and easements hereby
acquired; subject, however, to existing
easements for public roads and
highways, public utilities, railroads and
pipelines, and a temporary easement
and right-of-way in, on, over and across
Tract Nos 104 E-2 and 104 E-3 for a
period not to exceed 24 months,
beginning with the date possession of
the land is granted tot he United States,
for use by the United States, its
representatives, agents and
contractors as a work area, including
the right to move, store and remove
equipment and supplies and erect and
remove temporary structures on the
land and perform any other work
necessary and incident to the
construction of the project; together
with the right to trim, cut, fell and remove
therefrom all trees, underbrush,
obstructions and any other vegetation,
structures or obstacles within the limits
of the right of-way, reserving, however,
to the landowners, thoir heirs and
assigns all such rights and privileges as
may be used without interfering with or
abridging the rights and easement
hereby acquired, subject, however, to
existing easements for public road and
highway, public utilities, railroads and
pipelines.
The property to be taken is described in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof
The authority for the taking is the Act of
Congress approved February 26, 1931
(46 Stat 1421, 40 U S C. § 258a-258e),
and Acts supplementary thereto and
amendatory thereof, the Act of
Congross approvod August 1, 1888 (25
Stat 357, 40 US C § 257); sections
2663 and 9773 of Title 10, United States
Code; which authorize the acquisition of
land for military purposess; the Act of
Congress approved December 5, 1991
(Public Law 102-190)), which act
authorizes acquisition of land, and the
Act of Congress approved October 25,
1991 (Public Law 102-136), which act
appropriated funds for such purposes.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if
you have any objection or defense to
the taking of the property in which you
may have or claim some interest you are
required to serve upon plaintiff's
attorney at the address herein
desianated within twenty (20) days after
personal service ot this notice upon
you, exclusive of the date of service, an
answer identifying the property in which
you claim to have an interest statino the
nature and extent of the interest
claimed and stating all your objections
and defenses to the taking of the

undersigned Georgia Federal bank, FSB
successor by merger to Security
Federal Savings & Loan Association of

sale contained in said security deed,
