Houston County, Georgia known and
designated as Lot 14 in the Davis
Subdivision according to a plat of
survey of said subdivision made by
Rhodes Sewell,. Surveyor, a copy of
said plat being of record in Map Book 2,
Page 399, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court Said plat and the
recorded copy thereof are hereby made
a part of this description by reference
thereto Said lot is further described as
fronting south 100 feet on Kings Chapel
Road and extending back in a northerly
direction with even width for a distance
of 150 feet Said lot is bounded south by
Kings Chapel Road, east by Lot 13, west
by Lot 15, and north by Lot 23 in Davis
Subdivision.
The above described property is
conveyed subject to restrictive
covenants recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 275, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court
and you are ordered and required to
appear and plead in said action, and file
your answer with the Clerk of this Court
and to serve a copy thereof upon

This Notice and Order with a copy of
the Complaint shall be personally served
upon the person or persons in
possession or charge of such property,
if any, other than the defendant, by the
United States Marshal of this District

STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF HOUSTON
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THE
POWER OF SALE, contained in that
certain Deed to Secure Debt from ED
NOBLES, A/K/A EDGAR M. NOBLES,
Grantor, conveyed to THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, dated
May 27, 1986, and recorded in Deed
Book 720, Page 705, in the office of the
Clerk of Superior Court of Houston
County, Georgia, certain hereinafter
described real property to secure a
Promissory Note, and said Deed to
Secure Debt having been given to
secure the Note executed on May 27,
1986, in the original principal amount of
TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND
NO/100 ($28,000.00) DOLLARS and
with interest thereon from that date at
the rate of 12 (%) per centum per annum

declared the entire debt secured by said
Deed to Secure Debt to be immediately
due and payable;

By virtue of Power of Sale contained
in Security Deed from Donald K. Jones,
hereinafter GRANTOR (S), to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Warner Robins dated August 10,
1984, recorded August 14, 1984, in
Deed Book 663, Page 121, HOUSTON
County Records; said Security Deed
being given to secure a Note of even
date in the original principal amount of
Sixty-Seven Thousand and No/100ths
($67,000.00) Dollars, with interest from
date as stated therein; and, Resolution
Trust Corporation having been
appointed Receiver for First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of
Warner Robins by Order Nos. 90-583
and 90-584, both dated April 12, 1990,
from the Director of the Office of Thrift
Supervision, Department of Treasury,
for the purpose of liquidation, pursuant
to subdivisions (A), (B), (E) and (H) (ii) of
§5 (d) (2) of the Home Owner's Loan Act
of 1933, as amended by §3Ol of the
Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery,
and Enforcment Act of 1989; and, a
charter having been issued for First
Federal Savings Association, Warner
Robins, Georgia, by Order No 90-585
dated April 12, 1990, from the Director of
the Office of Thrift Supervision,
Department of Treasury, which
institution succeeded to certain assets
and liabilities, including the Security
Deed, of First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Warner Robins by virtue
of a Purchase and Assumption
Agreement between the institutions;
and, Resolution Trust Corporation
having been appointed Conservator of
First Federal Savings Association,
Warner Robins, Georgia, by Order No.
90-586 dated April 12, 1990, by the
Director of the Office of Thrift
Supervision, Department of Treasury,
pursuant to subdivision (B) and (H) of
§s(d) (2) of the Home Owners' Loan Act
of 1933, as amended by §3Ol of the
Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery
and Enforcement Act of 1989; and
Resolution Trust Corpoartion having
been appointed Receiver for First
Federal Savings Association, Warner
Robins, Georgia, by Order Nos. 90-1509
and 90-1510, both dated August 16,
1990, from the Director of the Office of
Thrift Supervision, Department of
Treasury, for the purpose of liquidation,
pursuant to subdivision (F) of §s(d)(2) of
the Home Owners' Loan Act of 1933, as
amended by §3Ol of the Financial
Institutions Reform, Recovery, and
Enforcement Act of 1989; there will be
sold by the undersigned at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse door at HOUSTON County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in DECEMBER, 1992,
the following described property.
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 172, Fifth Land
District, Houston County, Georgia,
being known and designated as Lot 5,
Block F. Miller Hills Estates Addition,
Phase 11, according to a plat of survey
prepared by Milton BeckhanjCo., dated
June 27, 1972, and revised January 15,
1973, of record in Plat Book 22, Page
255, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court.
Said plat and the record thereof are
incorporated herein by reference for all
purposes.
To the best of the undersigned's
knowledge, the street address for this
property is 1209 Briarcliff Road, Warner
Robins, GA 31088.
The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possible
events of default, non-payment of the
monthly installments on said loan. The
debt remaining in default, this sale will
be made for the purpose of paying the
same and all expenses of this sale,
including attorney's fees. Said property
! will be sold subject to any outstanding
ad valorem taxes, special
assessments, unpaid utility bills
constituting liens against the property,
and any other matters of record superior
to and existing at the time of the
recording of the Security Deed first set
out above.
