Hall Sheriff Sales,
GEORGIA—Hall County.
Will be sold before the court, house
door in the city of Gainesville, Hall
county, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale, at public outcry, to the
highest bidder, on the first Tuesday m
January, 1901, the following described
property, to wit:
A tract of laud, situated, lying and
being in the county oi Hall, btate of
Georgia, on the Tanner mill ° ne
and one half miles south of Cannier
and described a* follows: Beginning
at a point where this land corners with
the land of E. F. Chandler and TD. T.
Moss, and running thence south tvven
tv-five degrees and twenty-four chains
and 20 links, to a stake; thence south 65
degrees, east 25 chains and 40 links to a
stake on a branch on the .me of ' L.
Bell’s land: thence up said branch to a
poplar tree the corner of M. T. Tan-
xier’s land; thence the line,of M. T.
Tanner’s line to Chandler’s land; thence
the line of Chandler’s land to W. \V.
Sear’s land, thence the Sears line to the
beginning, containing two hundred
and thirty five acres more or less. Lev
ied cn and to be sold by virtue of a fi-
fa issued from the city court of Hall
, county, in favor ot D. T. Moss and
W. A. Reynolds, executors of J. W.
Reynolds, deceased, vs. Wm. Sailors,
administrator of Arthena Sailors, de
ceased, as the property of said Arthena
Sailors, deceased, in the hands of said
Wm. Sailors, Adrar. to be administered.
Deed filed and recorded .before levy
made.
Also at the same time and place will
be sold the following described, prop
erty to wit: One (1) red steer, on^ (I)
black and white spotted steer, one (1)
with white spots in forehead, and has
black spots, and one (i), dun colored
steer; two (2) log uarts and all attach
ments thereto belonging, and one bay
horse mule about eight (8) years old.
Levied on and to be sold by virtue of
and to satisfy a fi fa issued from the
superior court of Hall county, Georgia,
in favor of the First National Bank,
S. C. Dinkins & Co., and J. H. Scoggins
