North 18th street, Birmingham, j Douglas County,
came into Jacobs’ Drug Store
and told about his remarkable
recovery, through the use of Tan-
lac, he added his name to a long-
list of rai road men who have
come out and endorsed this great
medicine.
“I’ve been a sufl’e er from in
digestion and gastritis,” said
Mr. Golliher, “for a g od many
years. My stomache was as
sour as vinegar nearly all the
time and my fo d would hardly
digest at all. Whenever I would
eat any supper I would nearly
always have to vomit it up and it
would be so sour that it would
actually burn my throat. I had
to be mighty careful what I did
eat and this kept me bothered all
the time, for I knew that I would
have to eat to keep my strength
and get along.
“Gas would form and my
stomache would swell up and
give me the worst kind of feel
ings. I had a pain around my
heart that caused me to lay
awake at night. To tell y ou the
truth I was afraid to go to sleep
because I did not know what
that pain was caused from and I
was afraid that it might get se
rious while I was sleeping.
“I began to lose in weight un
til I fell off about twenty-two
pounds ar.d I simply felt bad all
the time. I kept right on work
ing, but I don’t believe 1 could
have stood any hard work. I
had several doctors to see me,
but nothing did me any gotd.
My c ndition kept me worried
all the time and especially the
pain around my heart. “I saw
in the paper one daj about a fel
low who seemed to have the same
trouble that I had and he said
that Tan lac nad made

mal weight. In fact 1 have
gained twenty pound-', which is
only about two pounds below
what I weighed before I had this
trouble, and 1 believe that I will
get those two before I get
through.
“The pain around my heart
has disappeared altogether and I
feel better than I have in a good
many years. I certainly do eat
a plenty now and dont have a
bit of of trouble digesting it. I
sleep just as sound as a taby at
night and get up in the morning

“I am glad to recommend Tan
lac to anybody with the troubles
I had, for I believe it will cure
them if they will take it. I am
mighty glad I took it and I am
glad to have this opportunity to
tell others of the benefit I got
from it. I honestly believe that
