the position of letter carrier for
the town of Douglasvills. All
are good men but only one can be
selected and Postmaster Selman
thinks he had as soon serve on
the exemption board as to make
the choice from among his
friends,

War Department to ask the citi
zens of Douglas county to report
to me at once of any person with'
in their knowledge who was sub
ject to registration and failed to
register on June 5th. The list of
those who registered will soon
be published, and it is your duty
to get a list and chick each man
in your district or anywhere
else and report to me if you find
any slackers. We are not going
to have any slackers in Douglas
County. Hope you will help me
check them up.
