If You Wish To Grow
Fat And Plump
Thin Men and Women
Do You Want To Get Fat And Be
Strong?
The trouble with most thin folfs who
wish to gain weight i* that they insist
on drugging their stomach ®r stuffing
it with greasy foods, rubbing on use
less “flesh creams,’’or follov/ingsome
foolish physical culture stunt, while the
real cause of thinness goes untouched.
You cannot get fat until your diges
tive tract properly assimulates the food
you eat. Drink a glass of cold water
four or five times a day and take the
following preparation known to re.
liable druggists almost everywhere,
which seemily embodies the missing
elements needed by the digestive or
gans to help them convert food into
rich, fat-laden blood. This prepara
tion is called tonoline, and much re
markable testimony is given as to its
successful use in flesh building. Tono
line which comes in the form of a small
non-injurious tablet, taken at meals
and mixed with the digesting food,
tends to prepare fat, flesh and muscle
buildyig elements so thatthe blood can
readily accept and carry them to the
starved portion of the body. You can
readily picture the tvanformation that
additional and previously lacking flesh
making material should bring to your
cheeks, filling out hollows about your
neck, shoulders and bust disappearing,
and . your taking on from 15 to 20
pounds of solid healthy flesh. Tonoline
is harmless, inexpensive, efficient. J.
L. SelmanJ& Son have it and are au
thorized to refund your money if
weight increase-is not obtained as per
the guarohtee found in each large
package.
Caution:—tonoline is recommended
only as a flesh builder and while ex~
cellent results'm coses of nervous in.-
digestion, etc., haye been reported,
care should be taken about using it
unless a gain of weight is desired.

THE EVIL OF CONSTIPATION
Constipation is one of the main
reasons why the average human life is
below 40 years. Leaving waste ma
terial in the body, poiEons the system
and blood and makes us liable to Bick
headaches, i hiliousness, nervousness
and muddy skin. When you note these
symptoms, try Dr. King’s New Life
Pills. They give prompt relief, are
mild, non-griping in action, add tone
to your system and clear the com
plexion. At your druggist, 25c.

The farmers are about through
chopping ctoton.
The cotton crop looks mighty
unfavorabe in this part just at
this time. Poor stands and the
cold weather is the cause.
There are a lot of peas and
other forage stuff being planted.
It seem that the farmers are
awakning to a sense of their
duty and beginning in time,

Food For The Mind
Never was there a time in the
history of this country when the
people at large were as constant
and inveterate readers of news
papers as they are today, and
this is especially so in the matter
of newspaper advertising.
People who h few years ago
would hardly look at an adver
tisement now digest every word
in it, and they do it with a pur
pose. The human mitid is broad
ening and expanding and be
coming more liberal. It demands
food, and particularly that class
of food that conserves the finan
cial interests of the reader. And
the well worded advertisement
appeals directly to every well
balanced mind. Tt points the
way to economy.
And the wise business man
advertises accordingly.
