Mr. MACY.
The initial attraction of the
Conyers Lyceum c mrse, of the
Alkahest system, was the appear¬
ance of Mr. J. William Macy at
the Institute Auditorium last
Tuesday night. The weather was
by no means auspicious, but a
good audience greeted the artist
and were more than well paid for
their presence, Mr. Macy must
have been at his best on this oc¬
casion. He kept his audience in
hand from beginning to end and
their pleasure was very evident.
They roared with laughter, ap¬
plauded loudly, listened breath¬
lessly and when the end came they
were one in mind—Macy 'was
great. If the attractions yet to
come prove the equal to or, ap¬
proximate, Macy, the people of
Conyers will be fortunate indeed
