SAVANNAH PLANS SHOW.
SAVANNAH. GA., Sept. 4.—Ona of
i the big- attractions in Savannah thin
fall will be the second annual poultry
show of the Sa-
vannah Poultry A 1
and Live Stock /iCITJICC
association.
In the absence
of any other H
scheduled attrac- '
tlon. it 1s pro
posad to make the
poultry show a IflC
really big affair,
th- Poultry
will he called at '
sn early date for
the purpose of ap. linrtnr
pointing commit
tees to take
charge of the various phages of the
work.
One of the largest difficuitlea con
fronting the organisation is to secure
a suitable place in which to hold the
show This lack of a big hall or audi
torium handicapped the last show held
by the association.
The last show, despite the fact that I
it was held during the time the Grand
Prize automobile races were being run, •
and in a hall considerably too small,
was a pronounced success, both from
the interest taken in the exhibits, the
class of blrda shown and the number
of people who saw the show.
with no competing attraction this
year, it is hoped to make the show a
very much larger one, and to draw ex
hibitors from even farther away than
the last show did.

try show organization.
