LONDON. Oct. 8. —Montenegro has

This news was conveyed from. Cet

it also states that the other mem
bers of the Balkan league will have to
follow suit.
Although the smallest of the Balkan
states, having an army of only 50,000
men. Montenegro has thus forced the
hand of the powers by declaring war
on Turkey.
It has been feared all along by Mon
tenegrin leaders that Bulgaria would
weaken at the last moment and allow
the pressure of the powers to prevent
her from going to war.

I look at all like the poor orphans of the
I days when Dickens wrote "Oliver
Twist" and the unfortunate charges of
the parish wi re fed on gruel and rot
enough of that. Every youngster in
the home may play Oliver Twist and
ask for "more" as often as he likes,
and lie'll get it. And it wiil be good,
wholesome food. too. Many a child
whose patents are living lias less of
good things of this world than the fa

Decatur.
Fresh air and plenty of exercise arc
among the joys of the home. There is
work, too, for those big enough to
work. The photographer caught a
snapshot of si veraf*litt io girls playing

make themselves useful around a farm
house. They are taught all kinds of

HUMORS IN THE BLOOD
When the blood becomes infected with any unhealthy humor the effect is
shown by some definitely marked disorder like Eczema, Acne, Tetter, Pso

inactive condition of the system. Those members whose duty it is to expel
all refuse matter do not properly perform their work, and an unhealthy ac
