ternity will entertain with a “Get
together” banquet Tuesday eve
ning, March 9, at the Piedmont
Piedmont Driving Club .at 7:30
o'clock. After the banquet, dancing
will take place the remainder of the
evening.
This fraternity is @ne of the most
prominent in the South, having been
founded by the late Mr. De Valie of
Geargia, These parties are de

CGeorgia Tech's Glee Club will
leave Friday for its first trip. A
performance will be given in Dal
ton Friday night and in Chatta

The educational committee of the
Woman's Club, composed of a
group of leading women headed by
Mrs, T. T, Stevens, held a meet
ing in the new' elub building in
Peachtree street, Thursday morn
ing at 11 o'cloek, to discusse plans
for the endowment fund of the
Georgia Federatton which is set
for $25,000, This fund is to be
used for the edycation of young
women_ who study fer a definite
business career.
The Tallulah Falls Industrial
School, which is one of the most
successful and useful activities of
the Georgia Federation, was also
discussed. ,
The edcuational eemmittee will
hold its annual program in the
Woman's Club Mo:fiuy afternoon,
the feature of the preogram to be
anneunced later.
After the meeting of the commit
tee Mrs. T, T. Stevens, .the chair
man was hostess to the membeors
of her committée, at a luncheon
served, in the club ease from a
table decoratéd with gelden jon
quils and the new, dainty aeces
sories of silver and cut glass, re
cently supplied by the Woman's
Clul.
