Governor Terrell thlnka that It would
imperil the fate of the amendment
providing for the new court of appeals
If the state convention Tuexday should
nominate three candidates for the

It might make tho friends of the oth

the leaders of the Hoke Smith cam

Governor Terrell said Monday that
about October 16 would be a good
time to hold a primary to nominate
these judges. That would give ample
time for the returns to be tabulated,
so that the nominees could be voted
