and Ohio Railroad Company Issued a
statement ot earning and expenses, ex
clusive of the controlled or affiliated

petition of the Atlanta anti Carolina
Construction Company for the right to
lay tracks from the corner of Madison
avenue to Alabama street and along
Alabama street to Broad.

Washington, Dec. 14.—By a vote of 9
to $ the house committee on merchant
marine yesterday decided to postpone
action on the Grosvenor compromise
ship subsidy bill until tomorrow morn
ing at 10 o'clock. A caucus of the Re
publican members of the committee will
be held In the committee room today
and agree on some bill that will receive
a majority of the committee’s report.
