Judge J. D. Moore, justice of the peace.
In order to have him testify as to the
authenticity of documentary evidence
held by the state In connection with
the Waters.pierce oil Company, and
which will be used In the forthcoming
anti-trust ault against the company.
Tbs action was taken trader the Tanas
anti-trust law. This Is the testimony
that Is playing such a prominent pan
in the Bailey Investigation.

Moore, the young man who was arrest
ed yesterday afternoon on the charge of
